    Great way of thinking about one’s energy! I often favor the sprinter model which makes it hard to keep moving forward when you hit the wall. But I do love the idea to honor your energy and develop the mindset that both racers have…stay focused on the end goal!

    • That’s right, Malla. And I’m not sure we can really change how we’re wired… so may as well embrace it, capitalize on what works for you and know how to handle the downsides.
