It’s definitely a “biz truth”, Denise!

O.M.G. I totally love how you captured these brilliant objections. I love the crickets.
My favorite:
“I’m waiting for a download before I make a decision.”
I laughed so hard, well, the milk through nose thing… you know how it is with us old folk.
What a brilliant, engaging and motivating me to click video.

That was fun. Can you tell us how to remove the resistance without negative manipulation?
[Reply]
January 27th, 2012
Great question, James. I can absolutely teach you how to remove the resistance without guilting, manipulating or putting the fear of God into your prospect. I teach 4 simple strategies (and 1 Hail Mary) for airing objections while respecting the relationship you’re creating. Check out the live class I’m hosting next week at http://thebiztruth.com/objections.

Carolyn, this is so true…OMG…I can hear the voices! I love the drawings especially the girl with the black bob hair…I always drew eyelashes!
On a serious note, I loved your Objections course I took with you before. You hit the nail on the head each time. I am sure the new stuff is just as targeted to answer the questions and calm the anxieties we have.

Oh, man, have I heard versions of all of those in my 22 year career teaching Financial Stress Reduction workshops! Especially, “I have to make more money before I can take a class on how to make more money.” The voices were priceless – just exactly right!
Carolyn, you are a genius. I’m going to share this with everyone I know.

Thanks for chiming in, Chellie! And it’s the same as saying, “I can’t join the gym until I’m in better shape and feel good (or less bad) about myself.”. We humans are funny creatures, aren’t we?

This video is genius! You hit the nail on the head. The crickets – priceless. The download was great, but the one later on who is STILL waiting for her download, THAT takes the cake.
I will absolutely have to share this.

The best thing I ever heard about selling was this week. It’s my job to let people fall in love with me. But I have to focus not on earning friendship but on soliciting respect.
What I’d love to see is the exact responses to these resistances…I’m new to the site, so if you could direct me to where I might find some? I need to know not only what to do, but EXACTLY what to say. Thanks.
